- Connect - unify local individuals, provide a place for networking, identifying new customers
- Collaborate - to provide support, training, and a means for local users to share their feedback on Mifos X.
- Innovate - organize and host hackathons/events to identify new innovation and work together to build it.
- Inspire - helping to recruit new volunteers, evangelize the initiative, and attract fundraising/financial support for Mifos.
