With more than two decades of enterprise IT project manaagement, David deftly guides and executes programmatic activities within Mifos with a key focus on our partner ecosystem, volunteer engagement, and digital public infrastructure advocacy.

Allison Baller
Allison Baller serves as Vice President and Head of Industry Readiness for the FedNow Service, a near real-time payment and settlement service under development by the Federal Reserve Banks to support instant payments in the United States.
Zaheda Bhorat
Zaheda Bhorat is the head of open source strategy at AWS, where she also leads the open source program office. A computer scientist, Zaheda is a long-time active contributor to open source and open standards communities. She advises Mifos on open source, community development and organisational change.
Min Tha Gyaw
Min is a leader in inclusive fintech with nearly two decades of experience in banking, credit analytics, and payments. He is currently helping to champion inclusive instant payment systems globally as Chief Strategy Officer of ThitsaWorks.
Shashi Raghunandan
Shashi brings more than 20 years of payments and financial services background in developing and developed markets to Mifos and is driving adoption of digital public infrastructure to streamline G2P payments across the public sector. Shashi is currently the founder and CEO of Oaken, a B2B SaaS platform on a mission to expand farmland resources and access.
Andreas Vagelatos
Andreas Vagelatos is a board member at Mifos, an open-source platform advancing inclusive financial services. He previously led financial innovation as an EIR and Application Specialist at Citi, first through the Private Bank Incubator and later with the Commercial Bank Accelerator. Andreas also serves as a Venture Partner at both Banyan and Create Ventures, Head of Financial Products at Roo, and was the founder of Aerify (acquired by Sizmek by Amazon) and Aerserv (acquired by InMobi).

Diego Francisco Moncayo Miño
Diego is a seasoned banking professional with decades of operational and managerial experience running financial institutions serving the base of the pyramid in Ecuador and all throughout Central America. Most recently he has augmented this practical experience with advanced degrees in sustainability, innovation and digital transformation. Diego will be helping lead advocacy and ecosystem development throughout the region with a focus on digital public infrastructure at the country level. Diego will be helping us accelerate adoption of shared infrastructure for non-bank financial institutions at scale across a number of key countries and markets throughout the region through promotion and advocacy, definition of requirements and refining our go-to market strategy
Simone Tarantino
Boasting more than 25 years of tech and business experience, Simone started his career with companies like Intel and Acer. In 2001, he launched a management and business consulting company focused on creating new intersections between technology and the workplace to create smarter and more efficient ways to conduct business. After selling that, in addition to founding Inspect Manager, a cloud-based environmental testing infrastructure, he also invested in and co-founded AudioBox.fm, one of the most advanced media platforms in the cloud, expanded the disruptive co-living concept of Startup Home from the UK to the US, and other successful ventures, including ImpactMentors.co, a path to funding for underrepresented entrepreneurs. He is also an author and speaker, advisor for the investment and startup desk at the Italian Trade Agency, lead mentor and advisor for several global accelerators and international companies.

Marie is a leader in inclusive fintech possessing an immense body of practical knowledge in helping organizations achieve operational excellence and maximize social performance from their technology investments. Marie has more than 25 years of experience in advising, designing, and implementing holistic solutions for businesses and non-profits in the US, Asia, and Africa. She helps ensure we have a holistic approach to delivering and supporting our open source platform and advises on sustainability of our initiative and fintechs in our ecosystem.

Deepa Prahalad is an author and innovation consultant. She has worked with start-ups and large multinationals, and co-authored the book, Predictable Magic: Unleash The Power of Design Strategy To Transform Your Business, which was selected by Fast Company as one of the “Best Design Books of the Year”.
