The Mifos Initiative benefits from Craig’s software industry career, where he has experienced all phases of software start-ups and early-stage growth, including formation, financing, market positioning, product management, and initial sales. As co-founder of three start-ups, Craig has learned many valuable lessons: one went public; one is active and has achieved break-even; one closed the doors.
As would be expected for a global community, Craig has global experience, having conducted business in Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, India, The Philippines, and Kenya. Adding to his global outlook is the fact he was raised in Europe and Central America. Craig is familiar with Mifos, having served one year as a consultant to the Grameen Technology Center and the Mifos Project.
