Binny is a technology consultant seeking ways to apply Information Technology for financial inclusion. He has been involved in various aspects of Mifos and Mifos X for more than 3 years. Prior to taking up the role as Product Manager of Mifos X, he has played various roles, including Technical Account Manager (under Grameen Foundation) for Mifos implementations for the India region. He has more than 18 years of exposure working with technology teams of global banks and financial institutions. Apart from leading technology delivery teams for global banks like Barclays and hnadling projects for CitiBank, Firth Third Bank etc., he has also worked with technology companies like Oracle Financial Services Software (earlier i-Flex Solutions Limited), Arcot and CyberCash to implement financial services software solutions for banks and financial institution. He has implemented customer facing and backend IT solutions for Single Customer View, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring, International Trade, payments, etc. Apart from doing Product Management for Mifos X, he is also a partner at Conflux Technologies providing technology consulting to organizations involved in Financial Inclusion.
