With a combined skill set of both technical and business processes including: requirements analysis, workflow design, data migration, leadership, process modelling, software development, testing/quality assurance, customer service, Project Management, industry and vendor relationships locally, regionally and globally. He has worked with 16 financial institutions in 11 countries across Africa and Europe and he got the OCT 2013 – Temenos Global Recognition award for outstanding customer service and contributions to company bottom line and the 2010 Temenos Global Recognition award for outstanding customer service while handling Client AA Module issues and contributing significantly to the company bottom-line.
