Ideally you will maintain this case study while deployment is ongoing but if you're deployment is already complete, this a great place to do a post-mortem analysis of the deployment.

Jitegemea is a small MFI located in Nairobi, Kenya. They're now currently serving approximately 14,000 clients across 17 branches.  They chose to deploy Mifos for the flexibility and security it would provide as they expanded their services to the rural districts. They worked closely with Adept Systems to automate their manual Excel-based operations and integrate with their Pastel accounting system.

Lumana

Lumana is a small Seattle-based MFI working in rural areas of the Volta Region of Ghana.  Lumana began working in the village of Atorkor in 2009 and now serves clients in Atorkor, Dzita, Srogboe, Whuti and Anloga. Currently we have just over 200 clients engaged in businesses such as farming, fish processing, tailoring, trading food selling and kente (traditional Ghanian cloth) weaving.
