Currently at our organization, we've been running on a custom built system that was designed in-house by several developers.  Those individuals have now left us and we are incurring great costs and difficullty trying to maintain our current system.  We've really outgrown our needs as well and are looking for an alternative that will be more robust functionally and will have lower costs for maintenance and support.
