v1.1 Test Schedule and Status
Test Schedule
The v1.1 project test schedule (xls document) is describes the overall dates and resource allocation for the v1.1 testing effort. This schedule is still being developed and the dates are not entirely accurate at this time.
Test Status
During the v1.1 project, the test efforts will be tracked using a dashboard based on the model first created by James Bach. In addition, metrics will be collected on test cases and reported issues during testing cycles.
Dashboard Status
The priority, level of effort, coverage, assessment, and assignments for the various 1.1 testing tasks are documented in the testing dashboard (xls document). The following categories and possible values are used with the dashboard:

| Start | No testing yet, but expect to start soon. |
| Low | Regression or spot testing only; maintaining coverage. |
| High | Focused testing effort; increasing coverage. |
| Pause | Temporarily ceased testing, though area is testable. |
| Blocked | Can’t effectively test, due to blocking problem. |
| Ship | Going through final tests and signoff procedure. |

| 1+ | Most High Priority Tests Passing |
